I have lived the majority of my life in the Lower Mainland and have seen it's rapid development particularly in the last 10 years.  The first home I grew up in was in Richmond which my parents purchased for $30,000.. It's now worth $1.5 million.  Needless to say things have changed a lot.  I've lived in Kits, Mount Pleasant, Downtown, White Rock, Fairview and well many other Vancouver neighborhoods!.  Vancouver truly has a lot to offer for us.  I am an aviation enthusiast (pilot) and have been enjoying the friendly skies for several years.  (Willing to take Real Estate clients on rides).  I've been part of the local acting scene for many years and I also enjoy the national past time of Ice Hockey. I hold the following licenses, tickets and accreditations; A.I.I.C.
